PDF to Excel on PakPDFConverter keeps the colors. PDF to Excel writes each line into a row and stores the font color, the background fill, and the font size from the PDF. A blue header with white text stays a blue fill with white text. It is not a single column of black words.
“Pdf to excel” is a top search because invoices, fee sheets, and bank tables arrive as PDF and need to be summed.

What Excel cannot be
Excel is cells, not a poster. A logo drawn as vector art may not become a picture inside a cell. A scanned table with no selectable text needs OCR PDF first, and the colors of a photo will not become a tidy sheet.
Steps
- Select a number in the PDF. If you cannot, OCR first.
- Open PDF to Excel and drop the file. One sheet per page.
- Download the
.xlsxand open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or WPS. - If you only needed a printable copy of a sheet you already have, the other direction is Excel to PDF.
The workbook is built in the tab. Your fee sheet is not uploaded to be “enhanced”.
