Studio photos are a taxi ride. A phone, a white wall, and Passport Photo Maker are enough for a 35×45 mm print that a NADRA counter will take — if you compose it like a human, not a selfie.

Shoot

  • Daylight, face the window, no bathroom mirror.
  • Camera at eye level. Chin neither up nor into the chest.
  • Plain wall. If the wall is busy, shoot anyway and run Background Remover, then fill white in the maker.
  • No sunglasses, no cap. Hair off the eyebrows if the clerk is strict.

Crop to 35×45

Open Passport Photo Maker. Choose 35×45 mm for Pakistan / Schengen / UK. (US consular is 2×2 in — a different button.) Head in the upper two-thirds. We do not auto-detect faces on purpose: the tool stays on-device and you see the box.

Print

A 35×45 mm image at 300 dpi is small in pixels. Print at actual size, not “fit to page”. Photo counters understand 35×45 if you say the millimetres. Four copies on one 4×6 is a separate layout — ask the counter, or place four exports on a page in Collage Maker.

  • Shadow on one cheek (stand farther from the wall)
  • Forehead cut off
  • Yellow indoor light
  • “Fit to page” print that makes a 50mm head
