Adobe Fill & Sign wants an account. Play Store “PDF sign” clones want five-star nags. On Android you already have Chrome. That is enough for a landlord form.
Steps on the phone
- Open the PDF in Chrome (or upload from Files). Go to Sign PDF.
- Draw with a finger. If it looks drunk, use a cheap stylus or zoom the canvas.
- Place the stamp in the signature box. Do not cover the date line unless they asked.
- Download. Android will put it in Downloads. Share from Files, not from a screenshot.
Desktop vs phone
A mouse signature looks like a seismograph. Finger on glass is closer to a real autograph. If this is a bank mandate, sign on the phone, then Protect PDF with a password before emailing.
What this is not
It is not a digital signature with a private key. Court and some banks want that. A school fee concession form does not. We do not put a second “signed in Adobe” badge on the page.
