Teachers want one PDF of homework photos. Accountants want a week of till receipts. Families want the hospital file. All of it is already in WhatsApp. The missing step is order + one file, not another camera.

Save, don’t screenshot

Long-press the image → Save / Download. A screenshot of the chat includes the bubble, the time, and half of the next message. Portals hate that.

Make the PDF

  1. Open JPG to PDF on the phone.
  2. Select the images in page order. If the gallery sorts newest-first, rename them 01-receipt.jpg.
  3. Fit-to-image for receipts (do not force A4 with huge white margins). Use A4 for documents that will be printed at school.
  4. Download. If Gmail refuses the size, Compress PDF.

Mixing PDFs and photos

Someone mailed a PDF invoice and WhatsApped the rest. Convert photos first, then Merge PDF with the invoice.

Privacy

A hospital discharge in a class WhatsApp group is already a leak. Once you have the PDF, delete the extra forwards. Processing here does not upload the pictures.
